What does your dream house look like? How many square metres, bedrooms, bathrooms? Attached garage or will a carport do? A swimming pool? Patio with outdoor kitchen?

Where do you want to enjoy the morning or evening sun? Maybe you fell in love at first sight with one of the homes on our website. We’ll completely customise and fine tune it to you specific wishes.

Maybe you already own a piece of land. There might even be a house on it. Or perhaps you’ll find the plot or house of your dreams in our collection. What do you want from the location? Sea view or rather mountain view?

The situation. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants and beach? Or are you looking for the perfect peace of living in the campo, the rural area? Depending on your wishes, we look for and visit several plots so that you can get an idea of the location there and then.

The plots we own have a ‘no-hassle guarantee ’. That means that the permits have already been granted, the papers are in order, we act according to the valid regulations that can differ from one municipality to the other (!) and that the plots are ready for construction. As soon as the location is known, we will start building your dream under the Spanish sun.

What’s your house going to look like? We design the house to match your wishes, with the architect. The look and feel. The choice of materials. The finish. We give you all the options. All you have to do is choose.

To give you a better idea, we can visit a number of construction projects or houses already realised. It’s easier to put it into words when you’ve seen examples in the field. We can also arrange for artist’s impressions or faithful representations that show precisely the possibilities in the house design.

As soon as the final design is finished and the permits have been granted, construction can begin. That’s the whole process from foundations to shell, including pipes for water and electricity, high-end insulation, solar panels and sustainable techniques such as a heat pump, underfloor heating and cooling and safety and fire safety installations.

You will be allocated your own construction team with a Dutch foreman. Naturally, it’s nice if you’re in the neighbourhood and often able to come and have a look. But even if you’re in the Netherlands, you’ll still be involved and able to follow the construction process closely. With video calls, you take a weekly tour with us to see the progress and discuss any points.

We consult with you at important decision-making moments on the other days too. With all the technology available nowadays, you never have to miss a thing. And thanks to the “no-hassle guarantee”, the journey to your dream house will be a really positive experience. For us too. Our clients are always happy and enthusiastic.

Once the shell construction is completed, work begins on the finish on walls, power sockets, lighting fixtures, floors, built-in cabinets, installing the kitchen, the bathroom(s) and plumbing and tiling.

If you like, we can recommend an interior architect or stylist from our network who can advise you colour scheme, furnishing and styling.

In Spain, you mainly live outdoors. So the quality of the outdoor space, the garden and the swimming pool are defining. They make your home festive. Do you already know exactly how you want it to look or would you rather engage a garden architect or landscaper for the garden design? What will the layout be?

Where will the swimming pool be? What shape? What are the various depths and which tiles, because they define the colour of the water. Aqua blue or sea green? What’s the best spot for the pool pump housing?

Where will the patio be? And the outdoor kitchen, dining table and lounge area? Are there different levels in the garden? What opportunities does that offer? Where will stairs be placed? Think about what your favourite places are going to be, and we’ll help you make a plan!

Felicidades! The official presentation of the keys – often imaginary with the smart locks these days – is always a special moment. We don’t have a fixed protocol for this, because no two clients are the same. Throughout the process, we’ve come to know each other better and we now know exactly how we can make the moment extra festive.

We often hear it said: “the construction was really good fun”. It’s almost a shame that we build so fast. There are even clients who enjoyed the process of building their dream house so much, that they decide after a few years to sell the house and start all over again with us building a dream house.
