Pleasant indoor climate
Our homes have good thermal inertia and remain pleasantly fresh even during very hot periods. They also maintain a comfortable temperature at night without the use of heating or air conditioning.
To obtain this good thermal inertia, the outer walls of the house must have a high mass. As a result, they have an excellent thermal capacity, which means that they absorb temperature (hot or cold) and release it only with a delay and decreased values.
This prevents extreme temperature fluctuations in the home, which in turn leads to energy savings. With our building system you are assured of a pleasant indoor climate.
Guarantee
As a contractor we have construction risk insurance, known in the Netherlands as CAR insurance. This is an insurance that only covers damage to the object, i.e. damage that could occur during construction.
For you as a so-called promoter, i.e. the client, there is construction insurance for new construction (seguro decenal). With this insurance you have a 10-year warranty on the construction. This insurance is mandatory if, for example, you want to sell your home within 10 years.
